3d art vs game development

i am a game developer and also an environment artist
can i submit both my game and also the environment along with it
will i be judged on both parameters or do i need to select either art design or game development

    If you have a game and an environment, your game should occur within it. You cannot submit to both categories; you may only choose one. Game Development is more popular and involves higher recognition and career opportunities for this year.

    When judging your game one of the criteria that we will take into account is the art in your game.
    So both the art and the game will be judged however they cannot be submitted as two separate projects, and you are only allowed to submit to one category.
